Your child brought home their guided reading books home tonight. Please make sure that they read the book at least 2 times every night. They need to leave the book flat on the table and point to each word as they read it. Some of them may seem to have "memorized" their book, that is okay! This is the beginning stages of reading. Please put the folder back in their notebook every night!! We will be reading these books in guided reading the next day.
If you want your child to participate in Jump Rope for Heart on Monday from 9 to 10:30 please send in their permission slip ASAP! If you need another permission slip, please let me know. We could also use some parent volunteers!!
Nature Center is coming tomorrow! Our class will be going to the presentation from 11 to 12.
Progress Reports will be going home on Friday!!
